Ages 2 - 4

In Level A, kids enjoy water play, learn to feel comfortable, find balance, and start the basics of floating for a splashy introduction to swimming fun.

In Level B, safely dive into fun with us! Learn safe pool entries, controlled dives, kick-arm coordination, and enjoy jumping into the water, with or without a little help!

In Level C, we'll play with sculling, learn to move in the water, get comfy with body moves, and say hi to freestyle and backstroke.
Ages 4 - 12

Learn water comfort, master using goggles, practice breath control, float, kick, and make a splash with jumps and seated dives!

Learn breath control, master floating safety, and start the excitement with sculling and flutter kicking!

Dive into safety and breath control, ride the waves with freestyle and backstroke, master the streamline, and get a taste of the breaststroke kick!

Perfect freestyle and backstroke, master breaststroke kicks and arms, flip with flair, and kick up the excitement!

Go the distance! Nail 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke, master the dolphin kick, and coordinate the breaststroke in Level 5. Dive in for serious swimming fun!
