What are your office hours?

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8 AM to 6PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Saturdays: 9 AM to 1 PM

Is the pool heated?

Yes, our pool is heated year-round to a lukewarm temperature. Also keep in mind that once your swimmer starts moving in the water, they will warm up!

How do I pay?

We bill monthly for the cost of tuition, which is based on the kind of class you register for and how often your swimmer attends lessons. Classes are prorated if you register after the session has started and lessons have already passed.

How do I make changes to my schedule?

If you would like to make changes to your schedule you would be able to give us a call at (949) 380-2550. Changes are all subject to availability.

Do you offer make up classes?

Make-ups are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Please refer to our ‘Make-Up Policy’ under our ‘About Us’ tab for more information.

Do you cancel lessons in inclement weather?

Our lessons take place rain or shine. Please refer to our ‘Weather Policy’ under our ‘Policies’ Tab for more information.

Do you sell swimming essentials?

Yes! You can buy anything you need related to swimming at our Pro Shop, which is conveniently looked on the left hand side of our walkway as you enter our facility!

Why do you require swim pants?

Fecal accidents are very common in warm water when swimmers are relaxed. To help us prevent pool closures we ask that every child aged 3 or younger is to wear rubber or cloth swim pants with elastic legs.

Are swim caps required?

We highly recommend swim caps for children with hair that is naturally longer than their chin. Swimming is hard work and is made that much harder by unruly hair that covers a swimmer’s eyes and potentially their mouth.
