Pricing

The Swim School Annual Membership fee for all members is $50 billed at registration and thereafter on your anniversary month. 

Our membership is session based and is not a re-occurring membership. Each sessions runs for 2 months. When enrolling in a class, you are agreeing to enroll for the entire 8-to-10-week session. All swimmers must be re-enrolled in each new session to continue classes. There is no need to write in for a withdrawal from classes, as every swimmer is automatically dropped at the end of each session.  

The schedule for each session will be released one to two weeks before the session starts. If your swimmer starts in the middle of a session, your tuition will be prorated. Once your swimmer is enrolled in a session, they are locked into that class and the associated tuition for the entire session.

We understand the expectation of having a reliable and consistent instructor. However, our instructors are parents and students who may have a schedule change from time to time. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the same instructor for every lesson.

Tuition will be billed on the first business day of every month, according to the number of classes in which your swimmer is enrolled. Tuition may include adjustments for holidays and planned closures. Tuition and applicable fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. No tuition credits or refunds will be given for classes that are missed for any reason including illness or injury.

Our group classes at our home location (MVN) are a flat rate of $37 each, and our Private lessons are $74 each. Our group classes at satellite locations (Sierra or RSM) are $42 each class.

For example:

One group class each week in a 4-week month: $148 a month

Two group classes each week in a 4-week month: $296 a month

One group class each week in a 5-week month: $185 a month

Two group classes each week in a 5-week month: $370 a month

One Private lesson each week in a 4-week month: $296 a month

One Private lesson each week in a 5-week month: $370 a month

Junior Team tuition is billed month to month, on the first day of each month. Junior Team tuition is a set fee, no adjustments will be made. 

Junior Team: $185 monthly

Reminders: Junior Team does not offer credits, refunds, or replacement practices. Athletes in Junior Team do not need to re-enroll each session. Enrollment is continuous. Parents can withdraw their athlete by sending an email to swimschool@mvnadadores.org by the 25th of the month prior to withdrawal. 

Swimmers must provide proof of residency (where necessary) and pass a swim evaluation prior to approval to join a satellite team. Tuition will not be charged until evaluation is passed. In impacted programs, your spot will not be held until evaluation is passed.

A $5.95 processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions, including monthly tuition payments, tuition adjustments, special event registrations, and class additions. This processing fee is non-refundable.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank withdrawals. ACH payments are not subject to the $5.95 processing fee.

An annual membership fee is required for all members and will be charged upon registration and each year thereafter during the anniversary month of enrollment.

Late Fee: If your monthly billing does not successfully process by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied. Classes will be dropped after the 10th of the month if no payment has been received against the account.

Credits: House credits/class credits are applicable until the last day of the 6th month, once they are posted.
